{"id":101156,"date":"2022-08-30T14:06:06","date_gmt":"2022-08-30T14:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mariela-bravo.com\/how-to-increase-muscle-mass-for-women\/"},"modified":"2022-08-31T14:57:39","modified_gmt":"2022-08-31T14:57:39","slug":"como-ganar-masa-muscular-para-mujeres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mariela-bravo.com\/es\/como-ganar-masa-muscular-para-mujeres\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo aumentar masa muscular para mujeres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando hablamos de aumentar de masa muscular muchos creen que est\u00e1 totalmente relacionado con un aumento de peso y volumen desproporcionado&nbsp;adem\u00e1s de necesitar much\u00edsimo esfuerzo f\u00edsico y una alimentaci\u00f3n excesiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy voy desmitificar muchas de estas creencias, ciertamente no hay atajos para ganar m\u00fasculo, pero eso no significa que no puedas aprender a ganar m\u00fasculo r\u00e1pidamente, s\u00f3lo tienes que poner en pr\u00e1ctica algunas estrategias clave y ser muy constante con tu rutina. Y no, antes de que preguntes, la construcci\u00f3n de m\u00fasculo para las mujeres no significa autom\u00e1ticamente que te vuelvas \u00abvoluminosa\u00bb, aunque no hay nada de malo en eso. &nbsp;Puedes construir m\u00fasculo&nbsp;magro, a\u00f1adir tono muscular y fuerza, y tener un aspecto m\u00e1s definido con un entrenamiento y una nutrici\u00f3n inteligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 consejos para ganar masa muscular para mujeres:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"724\" height=\"860\" src=\"https:\/\/mariela-bravo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/aboutmorado.png\" alt=\"Weight\" class=\"wp-image-1533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mariela-bravo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/aboutmorado.png 724w, https:\/\/mariela-bravo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/aboutmorado-675x802.png 675w, https:\/\/mariela-bravo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/aboutmorado-253x300.png 253w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 724px) 100vw, 724px\" \/><figcaption><em>Los entrenamientos de cuerpo completo con ejercicios compuestos son la mejor manera de entrenar con eficacia.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong> Haz entrenamientos de&nbsp;cuerpo completo&nbsp;al menos&nbsp;3 veces por semana con PESO<\/strong>,&nbsp;m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de tu peso corporal&nbsp;siempre les recomiendo los entrenamientos con mancuernas y son la base de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mariela-bravo.com\/\">todos mis programas tanto de mi p\u00e1gina como mis sesiones personalizadas<\/a>. <\/li><li> <strong>Elige un peso que te sea retador, el ideal &nbsp;est\u00e1 en hacer al menos 12 repeticiones por 3 series<\/strong> con un peso con el que generes un esfuerzo f\u00edsico, &nbsp;en el que no sacrifiques tu postura. &nbsp;De este modo, aseguras la hipertrofia muscular (crecimiento del m\u00fasculo).  <em><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo saber qu\u00e9 peso elegir?<\/strong><\/em> Prueba utilizando mancuernas o kettlebells, e intenta elegir un peso lo suficientemente pesado pero que te permita completar las series de 8 a 12 repeticiones. Si te parece demasiado f\u00e1cil, ponlo m\u00e1s pesado; si te parece demasiado dif\u00edcil completa, &nbsp;selecciona un peso m\u00e1s ligero.<\/li><li><strong>Come de forma inteligente:<\/strong> aseg\u00farate de&nbsp;consumir suficientes prote\u00ednas.&nbsp;Para el crecimiento muscular, <strong><em>los expertos &nbsp;recomiendan consumir entre 1,2 y 2,0 gramos de prote\u00ednas por kilo de peso al d\u00eda.<\/em><\/strong> Para una persona de 150 libras, eso supone entre 82 y 136 gramos de prote\u00ednas al d\u00eda. La mejor forma de lograrlo, es que en todas tus comidas diarias incluyas una porci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna: huevos, carnes, yogures entre otros de tu preferencia.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como siempre les he comentado, yo consumo carbs para poder rendir en mis entrenamientos, de hecho pueden&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mariela-bravo.com\/es\/carbohidratos-buenos-malos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">consultar mi art\u00edculo sobre los carbs &nbsp;y c\u00f3mo consumirlos<\/a>.&nbsp;\u00a1Son necesarios y una excelente herramienta! Solo hay que saber c\u00f3mo y cu\u00e1ndo comerlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed como estos consejos tambi\u00e9n en mi rutina diaria para mantener mi masa muscular, <em><strong>intento siempre tener una buena rutina del sue\u00f1o, los m\u00fasculos crecen en el descanso, no en el entrenamiento.
