El n\u00famero de calor\u00edas es menor y no hay calor\u00edas ocultas o vac\u00edas, ya que t\u00fa te encargas de lo que vas a preparar. Consumir m\u00e1s comida casera tambi\u00e9n reduce la ingesta de sodio y az\u00facar que se utiliza en exceso cuando se come fuera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n un consejo extra que puedo compartir contigo es no comer una comida pesada muy tarde en la noche. Tu metabolismo comienza a desacelerarse hacia el final del d\u00eda, y cuando comes tarde es mucho m\u00e1s probable que engordes porque tu cuerpo no tiene la oportunidad de quemar esas calor\u00edas extra<em>. <strong>Recuerda que la comida es energ\u00eda para nuestro cuerpo, \u00fasala sabiamente.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">2) Toma m\u00e1s agua, mantente muy hidratado:<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp; Intenta llevar siempre agua contigo y beber al menos de <strong>6 a 8 vasos de agua cada d\u00eda<\/strong>, o m\u00e1s si haces ejercicio. A su vez, te recomiendo que&nbsp; <strong><em>reduzcas el consumo de alcohol .<\/em><\/strong>Si te gusta tomar algo socialmente, te recomiendo hacerlo 1 vez por semana (no m\u00e1s de 2 tragos), y escoge alguna bebida que tenga bajo contenido cal\u00f3rico, como vino o cerveza light.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">3) Empieza una rutina de ejercicios, mueve tu cuerpo:<\/mark>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>Puede que el ejercicio no consiga eliminar el exceso de peso s\u00faper r\u00e1pido, pero puede ayudar mucho en la transici\u00f3n a un estilo de vida m\u00e1s saludable y ayudar a quemar esas calor\u00edas extra. Hacer ejercicio constantemente es definitivamente una buena idea y, junto con un buen programa de nutrici\u00f3n, te ayudar\u00e1 a quemar muchas m\u00e1s calor\u00edas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Haz del ejercicio una prioridad en tu horario:<\/strong> Intenta a\u00f1adir una rutina de fuerza <strong><em>para todo el cuerpo a tu entrenamiento actual al menos 3 d\u00edas a la semana.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Seg\u00fan mi experiencia, haciendo <strong>30 minutos de ejercicio al d\u00eda<\/strong>, con un entrenamiento de intensidad media, tu cuerpo reacciona de forma excelente. Es por eso que estoy lanzando este incre\u00edble programa<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/fit30.mariela-bravo.com\/\">Fit30<\/a><\/strong>, para compartir contigo mi m\u00e9todo probado para mantener un estilo de vida saludable y estar en forma.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><strong>4) Descansa bien todos los d\u00edas<\/strong>: <\/mark>Cuando estamos de vacaciones o fuera de la rutina, solemos ser m\u00e1s flexibles con nuestro horario de sue\u00f1o, as\u00ed que es hora de poner todo en su sitio. Dormir lo suficiente no se trata s\u00f3lo de las horas totales de sue\u00f1o. Tambi\u00e9n es importante conseguir un sue\u00f1o de buena calidad en un horario regular para que te sientas descansado cuando te despiertes. Un adulto normal <strong>necesita dormir entre 6 y 8 horas diarias para recuperarse del d\u00eda.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un s\u00faper tip que les&nbsp; doy y que he estado probando en mis programas de entrenamiento es tener un equipo de apoyo para compartir tu objetivo, tus retos diarios, motivarte y aprender m\u00e1s sobre este estilo de vida&nbsp; saludable que puede hacer que perder peso sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. &nbsp; En<strong><em> <a href=\"https:\/\/fit30.mariela-bravo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fit30 tendremos una comunidad exclusiva<\/a><\/em><\/strong> para todos los participantes, donde iremos compartiendo d\u00eda a d\u00eda nuestras experiencias en el programa y en nuestra rutina diaria.
