En t\u00e9rminos de SALUD, \u00bfes mejor ser fitness o perseguir un bajo porcentaje de grasa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He visto personas obsesionadas por alcanzar un peso adecuado, o un m\u00ednimo nivel de grasa corporal. Ninguna obsesi\u00f3n es saludable, y al igual que para muchas cosas en la vida, lo ideal es conseguir el balance para tener una vida saludable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, yo en lo personal prefiero trabajar por tener salud a largo plazo, lo que para mi es estar Fi, que por un porcentaje de grasa corporal espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ciertamente, sabemos que hacer actividad f\u00edsica de forma frecuente en la mayor\u00eda de los casos est\u00e1 correlacionado con un peso saludable. Pero tambi\u00e9n estar f\u00edsicamente activo trae muchos otros beneficios que son independientes de nuestro peso o de tener menos grasa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Te muestro algunos ejemplos:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00a0<span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Sistema cardio respiratorio: <\/span>reduce el riesgo de ataques card\u00edacos y disminuye la presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Metabolismo:<\/span> reduce el riesgo de desarrollar Diabetes tipo 2 y ayuda a controlar los niveles de glucosa<\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Salud Musculo esquel\u00e9tica:<\/span> retarda la p\u00e9rdida de la densidad de los huesos que ocurre de forma natural con la edad, disminuyendo el riesgo de fracturas y ayudando a mantener la masa muscular y la fuerza.<\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">C\u00e1ncer:<\/span> estudios han demostrado que las personas f\u00edsicamente activas tienen menos riesgo de desarrollar c\u00e1ncer.<\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Salud mental:<\/span> disminuye el riesgo de depresi\u00f3n y mejora la calidad del sue\u00f1o.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><span style=\"color:#6e7174\" class=\"has-inline-color\">En definitiva, debemos enfocarnos en encontrar el <strong>BALANCE<\/strong>. \u00a1No necesitas entrenar muchas horas al d\u00eda los 7 d\u00edas de la semana!, puedes obtener excelentes beneficios para tu salud entrenando al menos <strong>3 o 4 veces por semana, sesiones de 30 a 45 minutos.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un estilo de vida Fitness: mi recomendaci\u00f3n personal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, busquemos la salud a largo plazo.
