Le restamos mucha importancia al estiramiento sin darnos cuenta que en realidad son tan valiosas como el entrenamiento en s\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posiblemente muchos piensan que los estiramientos son algo que solo realizan los corredores o los atletas de alto rendimiento. Pero todos necesitamos estirar para proteger nuestra movilidad y articulaciones. Adem\u00e1s, que tambi\u00e9n nos ayuda a normalizar nuestra pulsaciones y conectar mente y cuerpo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unido a eso, el d\u00eda a d\u00eda nos trae muchos retos que nos generan estr\u00e9s puede quedar retenido en los m\u00fasculos. Los estiramientos aportan numerosos beneficios que ayudan a tu cuerpo a mantenerse m\u00e1s sano. Uno de los m\u00e1s importantes es el alivio del estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 incluir el estiramiento en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estiramiento mantiene los m\u00fasculos flexibles, fuertes y sanos, y justamente esa flexibilidad nos permite mantener amplitud de movimiento en las articulaciones a la hora de hacer nuestra rutina de vida diaria o ejercitarnos. Reduce las agujetas y el riesgo de lesiones:<\/strong>&nbsp; los m\u00fasculos que permanecen tensos despu\u00e9s de un entrenamiento son m\u00e1s propensos a lesionarse. Aflojar los m\u00fasculos reducir\u00e1 el riesgo de lesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Relajaci\u00f3n gradual: <\/strong>\u00a0Es beneficioso para el cuerpo y la mente relajarse gradualmente. Cuando estiras despu\u00e9s de un entrenamiento, te das la oportunidad de relajarte gradualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Eliminaci\u00f3n del \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico:<\/strong> El \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico se produce cuando se hace ejercicio. Esta sustancia puede hacer que los m\u00fasculos est\u00e9n doloridos y cansados.
