Be Fit

It is time to BE FIT at home! Let’s lose weight and have fun!

BE FIT is a monthly training plan that combines a variety of Functional Training exercises with resistance bands (mini bands), ankle weights and bodyweight exercises.

Low impact, all exercises can be done at home or while traveling.

Be Strong

Do you like to train with weight? BE STRONG is a monthly training plan designed to train hard, to build and maintain muscles mass, to tone your muscles at home.

This program is designed to train with dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises.

Be a Hero

Exclusive package designed to motivate kids and families to exercise at home together. Let’s motivate kids, let’s teach them, and let’s make them a hero! Our kids will be exercising and helping others.

In partnership with SPECIAL OLYMPICS LATIN AMERICA, 100% of the cost will be donated to SPECIAL OLYMPICS LATIN AMERICA to help athletes with and without intellectual disabilities.
