1. Do I have to do the exercises in the order presented?

No, but it is highly recommended. Exercise volumes and intensities are all programmed with a specific order in mind, so switching them significantly can impact results. It’s ok to switch the order every now and then, but not when repeating exercises and programs.

2. What if I feel pain or sense injury during training?

Stop immediately and avoid physical activity the rest of the day. If the pain is intense, call your doctor. Injuries are NOT worth pushing through, and there is no shame in calling it quits in the interest of prioritizing your long-term health and success.

3. What if the training is too hard?

If you feel overwhelmed, rest 3-4 days and lower reps and set numbers until you feel strong enough to keep pace. If the weights are too heavy, that’s ok too. Just lower the weight of your dumbbells weights.

4. What if I don’t have time to finish the workout?

If you can’t come back later that day, just scrap it and pick up with scheduled programming the next day. When you block off training time do the best you can to make sure it’s enough to complete the workout as we have everything well planned for you!

5. What if I miss a day?

We all need a rest day every now and then, so if you miss a day, just pick up with the next day’s programming. If you miss more than a day, just train light the rest of that week and start fresh next week.

6. How much should I rest between sets?

1-3 minutes is pretty standard. If you are totally out of breath, just wait to begin the next movement when you have been able to catch your breath.

7. What if I’m not gaining or losing weight?

Your diet and cardio should be the first place you look. Please check out our Blog for more information about diet implications, including specific diet templates that are helpful.

1. How to access your subscription/account info

You can access your account/subscription information on www.mariela-bravo.com :

  1. Login to www.mariela-bravo.com with your registration email and password. 
  2. Click on the user icon
  3. Select “Home”
  4. Select the menu according to what you are looking for: transactions, your purchased programs, your account details.

2. Why provide my credit card information for a free trial?

A credit card is required to activate your free trial. Rest assured, you will not be charged during the initial trial period, and you may cancel your membership during that time without risk of being charged. If you do not cancel your membership within 48 hours before the end of your trial period, your credit card will be automatically charged based on the plan you selected

3. Why did my subscription renew?

When you purchase a Mariela Bravo Fit subscription, it automatically renews monthly, depending on the plan you select. Billing takes place the same day of each renewal period unless you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to the renewal.

4. How do I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on www.mariela-bravo.com.
  2. Go to main menu, Click on “My programs”.
  3. In the program, select “View billing”
  4. Scroll down to “Cancel-change payment”
  5. Select- The subscription will be canceled.

5. How do I update my payment information?

  1. Log in to your account on www.mariela-bravo.com
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the Profile icon. 
  3. Click on Account > then Billing drop down.
  4. Enter your new credit card number and hit Save.
